    矿井采空区防灭火是煤矿防灭火工作的重点内容,依靠分析采空区发火标志性气体成分的束管监测技术也有了长足的进步,尤其是分析气体种类和精确分析技术发展尤为明显。但是随着采煤技术的发展,超长走向采煤工作面成为主流,导致束管采集长度随之成倍增加,致使束管管路安装和运行过程中存在很多不稳定因素和难以解决的问题,如束管管路“积水”和“漏气”等成为制约束管监测分析的关键因素,这些问题的存在造成束管监测数据准确性下降甚至失效。本文主要针对束管监测系统中采空区气体采样方法和管路“积水”“漏气”等问题的解决方法进行研究,提出适合于上湾煤矿超长距离束管采气的有效解决手段。

  • Abstract

    Fire prevention and extinguishing in goaf is a key focus of coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing. The bundle tube monitoring technology that relies on analyzing the characteristic gas components of goaf fire has also made significant progress, especially in the development of gas type analysis and precise analysis technology. However, with the development of coal mining technology, the trend of ultra long coal mining faces has become mainstream, which has doubled the length of bundle tube collection, leading to many unstable factors and difficulty during the installation and operation of bundle tubes, such as water accumulation and gas leakage. These problems have become key factors restricting bundle tube monitoring and analysis, and leading to accuracy decline or even failure of bundle tube monitoring data. This article mainly focuses on the gas sampling method in the goaf of the bundle tube monitoring system and the solutions to problems such as water accumulation and gas leakage, proposes effective solutions for ultra long bundle tube gas collection in Shangwan Coal Mine.
