    针对煤炭转载溜槽的分类、设计方向和方法等方面的研究进行归纳与评述,对转载溜槽的发展趋势给出预测和建议。指出防堵、防破碎、抑尘、降噪和减少磨损是目前转载溜槽设计的主要优化方向;DEM、CFD、FEM等相关软件的出现加快了转载溜槽设计的发展,但涉及复杂情况时,仍需结合实验确定最终结论;新型计算机技术层出不穷,如何将其运用于转载溜槽结构的精准设计还需要不断试验和研究。未来通过对转载溜槽内部的各种数据的实时监测、分析和智能干预,做到智能化防堵、除尘,甚至智能化降低磨损是转载溜槽的研究方向。

  • Abstract

    The research on the classification, design direction, and methods of coal transfer chutes was reviewed, and predictions and suggestions for the development trend of transfer chutes were provided. It was pointed out that, anti-blocking, anti-crushing, dust suppression, noise reduction, and wear reduction are the main optimization directions for the design of transfer chutes; the emergence of software such as DEM, CFD, and FEM has accelerated the development of transfer chute design, but when it comes to complex situations, the final conclusion still needs to be determined through experiments; new computer technologies are emerging, and how to apply them to the precise design of transfer chute structures still requires continuous experimentation and research. In the future, the research direction of transfer chutes is to achieve intelligent anti blocking, dust removal, and even intelligent wear reduction through real-time monitoring, analysis, and intelligent intervention of various data inside the transfer chutes.
