    为有效解决TBM岩巷掘进过程中采用传统排矸方式效率低、人员投入量大等难题,以华阳集团开元公司15号煤五采区西回风巷为工程背景,对TBM排矸系统装置进行选型,并对智能化故障检测和监控系统进行设计。实践表明,设计的排矸系统可有效解绝TBM排矸难题;结合煤矿井下光纤环网系统的检测控制方案,可实时检测输送故障并对施工进行指导。实践结果可以满足该工程巷道排矸需求,对类似工程具有参考意义。
  • Abstract
    In order to effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and large amount of personnel input in the process of TBM rock roadway excavation, taking the west return airway of No.15 coal mining area of Kaiyuan Company of Huayang Group as the engineering background, the TBM gangue discharge system device is selected, and the intelligent fault detection and monitoring system is designed. Practice shows that the designed gangue discharge system can effectively solve the problem of TBM gangue discharge. Combined with the detection and control scheme of the optical fiber ring network system in coal mine, the transmission fault can be detected in real time and the construction can be guided. The practical results can meet the demand of roadway gangue discharge in this project, which has reference significance for similar projects
