    为了研究不同类型的酸对煤的溶蚀作用,为不同地质条件下酸化压裂液的选择提供一定的理论依据,本文以甲酸(有机酸)与氢氟酸(无机酸)为代表对煤体进行溶蚀,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射从孔隙结构、矿物组分方面进行探讨。结果表明,氢氟酸与甲酸的腐蚀效果有所不同,氢氟酸处理的煤样表面孔隙呈锋利尖锐状,甲酸处理的煤样表面孔隙呈圆润光滑状。氢氟酸能很大程度上将原煤中的矿物杂质腐蚀去除,使孔隙呈锋利尖锐状;甲酸能够去除方解石等无机碳酸盐,对高岭石等无机矿物基本不反应,并将部分矿物质运移至孔隙边缘的夹口处,使孔隙呈圆润光滑状。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the dissolution of different types of acids on coal and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of acid fracturing fluid under different geological conditions, this paper takes formic acid ( organic acid ) and hydrofluoric acid ( inorganic acid ) as the representative to dissolve coal. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to explore the pore structure and mineral composition. The results show that the corrosion effect of hydrofluoric acid and formic acid is different. The surface pores of hydrofluoric acid treated coal samples are sharp and sharp, and the surface pores of formic acid treated coal samples are round and smooth. Hydrofluoric acid can largely remove the mineral impurities in raw coal, so that the pores are sharp and sharp. Formic acid can remove inorganic carbonates such as calcite, and it does not react with inorganic minerals such as kaolinite, and migrates some minerals to the edge of the pores, so that the pores are round and smooth.
