    为解决虎龙沟煤矿8501工作面回采期间上隅角和回风流高浓度瓦斯积聚的问题,对瓦斯产生来源及主要影响因素进行详细分析,提出采用在上隅角回风巷端头使用风障进行分风调控引流的方法,并安装井下工作面移动式抽放泵站加大抽采负压,调整优化“两堵一注”封孔工艺,优化高位钻孔施工抽采参数等综合措施,有效控制回风流,端头瓦斯保持在0.55%以内,取得显著治理效果。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of high concentration gas accumulation in the upper corner and return air flow during the mining of No. 8501 Face in Hulonggou Coal Mine, the source of gas generation and the main influencing factors are analyzed in detail. The method of using wind barrier to control the air distribution and drainage at the end of the return air roadway in the upper corner is put forward, and the mobile pumping station in the underground working face is installed to increase the negative pressure of extraction. The comprehensive measures such as adjusting and optimizing the sealing process of " two plugging and one injection " and optimizing the extraction parameters of high-level drilling construction can effectively control the return air flow, the end gas keeps within 0.55 %, and achieve remarkable control effect.
