摘要
为了提高煤峪口矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔效率和密封性,通过对煤峪口矿现有瓦斯孔封孔工艺技术的分析,并结合煤峪口矿井下的实际地质条件,对高保压二次注浆封孔原理、注浆封孔方案及注浆料选择等进行了研究,提出了一种新的高保压二次注浆封孔技术,利用高膨胀性的注浆料在钻孔浅部围岩进行一次注浆封孔,利用二次注浆料对钻孔周围的微小间隙进行二次注浆封孔,能够显著提升井下瓦斯钻孔封孔的效率和安全性。以煤峪口矿2204综采面为研究对象,对高保压二次注浆封孔技术进行了实际验证,结果表明,二次注浆料主要作用是对注浆孔周围的裂隙进行封堵,对流动性和凝结后的强度要求较高。该注浆封孔工艺能够将封孔效率提升7.6%,将瓦斯抽采体积分数提高6.66%,有效地提升了煤峪口矿井下瓦斯抽采效率和安全性。

Abstract
In order to improve the hole drilling and sealing efficiency and tightness of downhole gas extraction in Meiyukou Mine, a new high holding pressure secondary grouting hole sealing technology is proposed by analyzing the existing gas hole drilling and sealing process technology in Meiyukou Mine and combining with the actual geological conditions of the downhole in Meiyukou Mine, the high holding pressure secondary grouting hole sealing principle, grouting hole sealing scheme, and selection of grouting materials are studied. The use of high expansion grouting material for primary grouting hole sealing in the shallow surrounding rock of the borehole, and the use of secondary grouting material for secondary grouting hole sealing in the small gaps around the borehole, can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of downhole gas hole drilling and sealing. Taking the 2204 fully mechanized mining face of Meiyukou Mine as the research object, the high holding pressure secondary grouting hole sealing technology is verified in practice. The results show that the main function of secondary grouting material is to seal the cracks around the grouting hole, with high requirements for fluidity and strength after condensation. This grouting hole sealing process can increase the hole sealing efficiency by 7.6% and increase the gas extraction volume fraction by 6.66%, effectively improving the efficiency and safety of downhole gas extraction in Meiyukou Mine.
