摘要
针对神东矿区特大型矿井在较深开采深度下矿压显现规律研究不足的问题,以布尔台煤矿22209综采工作面为工程背景,研究较深埋深条件下高开采强度综采工作面主运巷道矿压显现规律,结果表明:巷道表面位移监测显示,主运巷道顶板、正帮、副帮均未发生明显变形,巷道围岩变形可控;煤壁钻孔应力监测显示,在距离煤壁45m左右的位置开始进入超前应力影响区域,应力值增幅开始明显,在10m左右位置应力增幅明显增大,煤壁可能会出现帮鼓、片帮,甚至存在炸帮的可能性,推测此段处于超前支承压力峰值区域,必须严格执行超前锚杆索防护;数值模拟分析,在锚杆与锚索支护方式下,主应力和剪切应力均不同程度缩小了范围,围岩的完整性得到提升,顶板塑性区块的数量下降,以拉伸破坏为主,巷道两帮塑性区范围变小,且以剪切破坏为主。

Abstract
In view of the insufficient research on mine pressure behavior in the mining of relatively deep coal seam in extra-large mine of Shendong Mining Area, we took 22208 fully mechanized mining face of Buertai Coal Mine as the engineering background, and conducted field research and numerical simulation on the ground pressure under this condition. The following conclusions were obtained: According to the roadway deformation monitoring, the total deformation of the main haulage roadway is not significant, the roadway deformation is controllable; According to the stress monitoring, after 45 m advancing from the working face it start entering the area affected by advance stress, and the stress begins to increase significantly. At about 10 m, the stress rises obviously, and the coal wall may suffers from rib heaving and spalling; It is speculated that this section is in the peak area of advance abutment pressure; therefore, the advance anchor cable protection must be strictly implemented. Numerical simulation analysis shows that under the support mode of anchor bolt and cable, the range of principal stress and shear stress are reduced compared with that without support, and the integrity of surrounding rock is improved. The number of plastic blocks in the roof decreased, mainly due to tensile failure. The plastic zone of the two sides of the roadway is smaller, and shear failure is the main failure. The research can provide reference for mining pressure control of fully mechanized mining face with high mining intensity under such conditions in Shendong mining area.
