    己二酸结晶器为负压操作设备,原理为真空蒸发降温结晶析出,结晶器出料工艺操作难度较大,需进行“引液”操作,由离心泵抽出输送到储料罐内,结晶器出料至泵入口引液困难,耗时长,且结晶器日常运行中极易断流,泵进出口管线极易堵塞。对结晶器出料工艺进一步探究及优化,简化操作步骤,且对己二酸产品晶体质量提升具有较大的促进作用,并且提出了新的出料工艺思路,并结合晶体粒度分布实验测量结果,设计出新的己二酸结晶器出料装置及工艺,降低检修费用与操作难度,消除安全隐患,保证装置的稳定运行;消除叶轮对颗粒度的干扰,保证后续的分离效果,有利于后序液固相的分离以及流化床的干燥,同时使得产品中的水分含量和硝酸含量显著降低;实施后对结晶器的液位控制变得更加平稳,保证产品质量稳定。
  • Abstract
    The adipic acid crystallizer is a negative pressure operating equipment, which operates on the principle of vacuum evaporation, cooling, crystallization, and precipitation. The crystallizer discharge process is difficult to operate and requires a "liquid introduction" operation. It is pumped out by a centrifugal pump and transported to a storage tank. It is difficult and time-consuming to introduce liquid from the crystallizer discharge to the pump inlet. Moreover, the crystallizer is prone to flow interruption during daily operation, and the pump inlet and outlet pipelines are easily blocked. The discharge process of the crystallizer, simplifies the operation steps were explored and optimized, and has a significant promoting effect on the quality improvement of adipic acid product crystals. A new discharge process idea is proposed, and based on the experimental measurement results of crystal particle size distribution, a new adipic acid crystallizer discharge device and process are designed, which reduces maintenance costs and operational difficulties, eliminates safety hazards, and ensures the stable operation of the device; Eliminating the interference of the impeller on particle size ensures the subsequent separation effect, which is conducive to the separation of subsequent liquid and solid phases and the drying of the fluidized bed, while significantly reducing the moisture and nitric acid content in the product; After implementation, the liquid level control of the crystallizer becomes more stable, ensuring stable product quality.
