This study starts with the mission of central enterprises in high-quality development, focuses on the characteristic functions ofindustrial funds, and explains the rationality and feasibility of the operation of industrial funds by central enterprises. On this basis, thepolicy environment and operation mechanism of the central enterprise industrial fund are deeply analyzed, and combined with itsdevelopment reality and existing problems, the path of promoting high-quality development of the central enterprise industrial fund and theoperation guarantee mechanism are proposed. The research results show that the central enterprise industry fund can comprehensivelyimprove the industrial competitiveness of central enterprises under the requirements of high - quality development from the aspects ofsupporting scientific and technological innovation, industrial control and industrial safety support.
