    煤炭堆场存在多种复杂的不确定性突发情况,传统的煤炭堆场管理存在“黑箱”现象。煤炭堆场智能监测是通过实时现场的方式获取煤炭堆场的结构与环境信息,基于分析结构反映的各种特点,对煤炭堆场的结构状态进行评估,保证煤炭堆场各个设备均处于良好状态,提高煤炭堆场运行的安全性。本研究引入数字孪生技术对煤炭堆场进行智能监测,构建了基于数字孪生的煤炭堆场智能监测系统架构,并提出了基于数字孪生技术的煤炭堆场智能监测方法,不仅阐述了煤炭孪生技术在煤炭孪生智能监测中的应用,还解释了应用过程中所需的关键技术。基于数字孪生的煤炭堆场智能监测对煤炭堆场运行智能化和数字化具有较高的理论和现实意义,可使煤炭堆场运行更加透明化、智能化和高效化。
  • Abstract
    There are various complex and uncertain emergencies in coal storage yards, and traditional coal storage yard management has a“black box” phenomenon. Intelligent monitoring of coal storage is achieved through the real-time on-site acquisition of structural andenvironmental information on coal storage yards. Based on the analysis of various characteristics of structural reactions, the structural statusof coal storage yards is evaluated to ensure that all equipment in the coal storage yard is in good condition and to improve the safety of coalstorage yard operation. This study introduces digital twin technology for the intelligent monitoring of coal storage yards, constructs intelligentmonitoring system architecture for coal storage yards based on digital twin technology, and proposes an intelligent monitoring method forcoal storage yards based on digital twin technology. It not only elaborates on the application of coal twin technology in the intelligentmonitoring of coal storage yards but also explains the key technologies required in the application process. The intelligent monitoring of coalstorage yards based on digital twins has high theoretical and practical significance for the intelligent and digital operation of coal storageyards, making the operation of coal storage yards more transparent, intelligent, and efficient.
