基于前人研究的理论成果,结合我国电力企业节能减排现状,采用D-S-R模型,对国网蚌埠供电公司2019—2023年度的节能减排效果进行碳减排绩效评价。结果表明,在D-S-R模型的3个研究指标中,响应指标随着年份的增加日益提高,这意味着国网蚌埠供电公司对减排工作的积极性较高;2023年,状态因素的分数出现下滑,这是因为企业对节能减排改造工作的投入骤然缩减,供电煤耗无明显下降。因此,需要提高对减排改造的投入力度,提高煤炭利用率,最大化控制能源消耗。

Based on the theoretical achievements of previous studies and the current situation of energy conservation and emission reductionin China’s power enterprises, the article adopts the D-S-R model to evaluate the carbon emission reduction performance of the energy-saving and emission reduction effects of State Grid Bengbu Power Supply Company from 2019 to 2023. The results indicate that among thethree research indicators of the D-S-R model, the response indicators are increasing with the increase of years, which means that theState Grid Bengbu Power Supply Company has a high enthusiasm for emission reduction work; in 2023, the score of status factorsdecreased due to a sudden reduction in investment in energy-saving and emission reduction renovation work by enterprises, and there wasno significant decrease in coal consumption for power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the investment in emission reductiontransformation, strengthen the utilization rate of coal, and maximize the control of energy consumption.
