立足全球能源格局和当前我国“双碳”政策背景,梳理《BP2023年全球能源年鉴数据》,分析我国当前能源的总体消费情况以及2000年以来我国一次能源消费总量和消费结构的变化。数据分析表明,虽然煤炭消费占一次能源消费比例在下降,但随着新能源大规模发展以及保障能源电力安全稳定的现实需要,我国煤炭消费总量在今后一段时期内仍将保持稳定增长趋势。通过研究《中国能源展望2060》的相关数据,结合我国煤炭行业发展的具体情况,分析得出我国一次能源消费量、煤炭消费总量、煤炭供给总量、煤炭按照用途分类的消费量以及煤电发展等在2025年、2030年碳达峰,2035年、2050年和2060年碳中和这几个关键时点上的用量。最后,结合煤炭行业清洁、低碳、高效和数字化的发展趋势,给出煤炭行业转型发展的建议。

Based on the global energy landscape and China’s current “dual carbon” policy, this study comprehensively examines the datafrom the BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2023, analyzing the overall energy consumption situation in China and the changes in totalenergy consumption and consumption structure since 2000. Data analysis shows that although the proportion of coal consumption in totalenergy consumption is decreasing, the total coal consumption in China is expected to maintain a stable growth trend in the coming perioddue to the large-scale development of new energy and the practical need to ensure energy and power security. By studying the data from“China Energy Outlook 2060” and combining it with the specific circumstances of the coal industry’ s development in China, this studyanalyzes the consumption of primary energy, total coal consumption, coal supply, coal consumption by sector, and coal - fired powergeneration at key milestones in 2025, 2030 (carbon peak), 2035, 2050, and 2060 (carbon neutrality) . Finally, considering the trendsof clean, low-carbon, efficient, and digital development in the coal industry, this study provides some suggestions for transformation anddevelopment to coal industry.
