    为了推动黄陵矿生产向智能化转变,在分析现有生产系统不足的基础上,提出黄陵矿智能生产系统改造方案。构建基于TGIS的智能开采管控平台、采煤机控制系统、煤岩智能探测系统、智能化工作面采煤工艺大数据统计与故障诊断平台。建立以高精度透明化工作面智能管控中心为大脑、采支运设备为躯干、煤岩识别及辅助巡检装置为眼睛、通信协议为神经网络的智能开采可视化管控平台。结果表明,改进后的系统实现“监控实时化、系统集成化、数据海量化、控制协同化和决策在线化”的智能开采管控一体化、可视化行业标准和软硬件系统体系架构。
  • Abstract
    In order to promote the intelligent transformation of Huangling mine production, based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing production system, the transformation scheme of Huangling mine intelligent production system is proposed. The intelligent mining management and control platform, the shearer control system, the coal and rock intelligent detection system, and intelligent working face’ s mining technology big data statistics and fault diagnosis platform are constructed based on TGIS. An intelligent mining visual control platform is established with the intelligent control center of high-precision transparent working face as the brain, the mining, support and transportation equipment as the trunk, the coal and rockidentification and auxiliary inspection device as the eyes, and the communication protocol as the neural network. The resultsshow that the improved system realizes the industry standard and software and hardware system architecture of the intelligentmining management and control integration and visualization of “ real-time monitoring, system integration, massive data, control collaboration and online decision-making” .
