摘要
针对山东能源鲁西矿业新巨龙公司十一采区首采回采工作面大埋深、薄基岩、煤层隐伏露头、向斜轴贯穿等复杂地质水文条件现状,秉承“应采尽采,颗粒归仓”的理念,对工作面切眼布置进行了优化设计,摒弃传统垂直顺槽布置方式,提出将切眼与胶带顺槽按照120°夹角布置的方式,进风顺槽三次调整方位角,按照虚实心结合方式调采,初采即调采,增加工作面有效可采储量16.8万t,创效2.39亿元。

Abstract
In view of the current situation of complex geological and hydrological conditions of the first mining and stoping working face in the 11th mining area of Shandong Energy Luxi Mining Industry Xinjulong Company, such as large buried depth, thin bedrock, coal seam hidden outcrops, synclinal axis penetration and so on, adhering to the concept of "mining what should be mined, storing particles which should be stored", the cutting eyes layout of the working face is optimized and designed. The traditional vertical groove layout mode is abandoned, and a 120° angle arrangement mode between the cutting eyes and the tape groove is proposed, adjust the azimuth angle of the air intake groove three times, and adjust mining according to the combination way of virtual and solid. Adjust mining immediately after the initial mining, increasing the effective recoverable reserves of the working face by 168 000 tons and creating an efficiency of 239 million yuan.
