摘要
为提升队班长胜任力,推动构建煤矿现代化管理体系和推进煤炭企业高质量发展,通过行为事件访谈、专家访谈和问卷调查等方法,构建煤炭企业队班长关键胜任力模型。并选取某煤炭生产运营企业6个项目部为实证研究对象,采用主观打分与客观评测,进行了关键胜任力综合评价。从实证结果可以看出,煤矿队长胜任力高于班长,但二者均在技能水平方面存在短板,这与煤矿智能化建设对技能和安全要求的提升有密切关系。基于此,进一步提出了提升任职基础能力、构建选拔任用机制、强化胜任力提升培训、健全考核激励机制等提升队班长胜任力的策略。

Abstract
With the goal of enhancing the competence of team leaders to promote the construction of modernized management system of coalmines and the high - quality development of coal enterprises, the article constructs a key competence model of team leaders in coalenterprises through behavioral event interviews, expert interviews and questionnaires. The article selects six project departments of a coalproduction and operation enterprise as the empirical research object, and adopts subjective scoring and objective evaluation to carry out acomprehensive evaluation of key competence. From the empirical results, it can be seen that the competency of coal mine captains ishigher than that of group leaders, but all of them have shortcomings in skill level, which is closely related to the current intelligentconstruction of coal mines to improve skill and safety requirements. Based on this, the paper further proposes strategies to improve thecompetency of team leaders, such as improving the basic ability to serve, constructing the selection and appointment mechanism,strengthening the competency improvement training, and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism.
