摘要
为解决深部复杂条件下地下工程中锚固结构耐久性退化断裂问题,将室内实验与水文地球化学模拟相结合,通过模拟锚索在服役期间发生的腐蚀过程,对影响锚索应力腐蚀的因素分析讨论。 基于实验数据建立水文地球化学模型,对腐蚀过程中腐蚀产物、离子浓度变化以及与腐蚀速率相关的因素进行定量研究。 研究结果表明:溶解氧是影响普通腐蚀的主要因素,侵蚀性离子是影响局部腐蚀的主要因素,而应力水平、酸碱度和电导率对试样的腐蚀速率是辅助影响因素,不起决定性作用。 点腐蚀在坑底造成局部腐蚀环境及应力集中,加速裂纹的产生。 此外,微生物存在时会有硫化亚铁生成,硫化物对锚索应力腐蚀的发生起关键作用,因此微生物是造成应力腐蚀的潜在因素之一。

Abstract
To solve the problem of durability degradation and fracture of cable bolts in deepunderground engineering, the paper combines the laboratory experiments and hydrogeochemical models.Experiments were carried out in simulated underground environments and various factors affecting thestress corrosion of anchor cable were analyzed and discussed. Hydrogeochemical modelling was estab-lished based on the data collected from the test. The formation of corrosion products, the change of someion concentration and factors related to corrosion rate were quantitatively studied in corrosion process.The results show that, in which dissolved oxygen is the main factor. Erosive ions are main factors affec-ting local corrosion. Stress level, pH and electrical conductivity are auxiliary factors. Localized corrosioninduces stress concentration and high corrosive environment at bottom of corrosion pit, which further ac-celerates the stress corrosion cracking. In addition, studies show sulphide will be generated in the pre-sence of microorganisms which plays a key role in the occurrence of stress corrosion. Therefore, micro-organisms are one of the potential factors of stress corrosion of deep anchorage materials.
