摘要
针对义棠煤矿开拓巷道受工作面采动影响变形大、维修工程量大、工作面停采线煤柱留设宽、煤炭资源浪费大的情况,在矿井100505工作面试验了停采线预留回撤通道切顶护巷技术。在停采线预先留设回撤通道,运用恒阻大变形锚索围岩控制技术及定向预裂切缝爆破技术,来控制回撤通道围岩的稳定性,切断回采动压力向附近大巷的传递。通过项目的实施,回撤通道稳定,满足了工作面回收的要求;停采线附近大巷变形量降低,不需要维修工程;停采线煤柱宽度明显缩小,有效地提高了煤炭资源采出量。该技术经济效益可观,值得推广应用。

Abstract
In view of the large deformation, the large amount of maintenance work, the wide coal pillar of the stop line, and the large waste of coal resources of the development roadway in Yitang Mine affected by the mining of the working face, the technology of roof cutting and roadway protection in the reserved withdrawal channel of the stop line was tested in No. 100505 Face of the mine. In order to control the stability of the surrounding rock of the retracement channel and cut off the transmission of the mining dynamic pressure to the nearby roadway, the retracement channel was set up in advance in the stop line, and the surrounding rock control technology of the constant resistance large deformation anchor cable and the directional pre-splitting cutting blasting technology were used. Through the implementation of the project, the retracement channel was stable and met the requirements of working face recovery ; the deformation of the roadway near the stop line was reduced, and no maintenance project was needed. The width of the coal pillar of the stopping line was obviously reduced, which effectively improved the recovery of coal resources. The technology had considerable economic benefits and was worthy of popularization and application.
