    以偶氮二氰基戊酸副产废盐为原料,使用管式炉模拟固定床热处理废盐,考查不同热处理温度、反应时间对废盐中TOC含量的影响。实验结果表明,当热处理温度700 ℃、停留时间为20 min时,废盐中的总有机碳(TOC)含量降至25 mg/kg,白度达到83.46,满足工业用盐质量标准,该研究为废盐资源化利用以及降低企业危废处理成本提供参考。
  • Abstract
    The waste salt that is a by-product of azodicyanovaleric acid was utilized as the raw material. A tubular furnace was used to simulate fixed bed heat treatment in order to examine the effects of various heat treatment temperatures and reaction times on the waste salt's TOC content. According to the experimental findings, waste salt's total organic carbon (TOC) content can be lowered to 25 mg/kg and its whiteness can reach 83.46, which satisfies the industrial salt quality standard, when the heat treatment temperature is 700 ℃ and the residence time is 20 minutes. A guide for using waste salt as a resource and lowering the price of treating hazardous waste in businesses was offered.
