摘要
为解决8.8m大采高工作面主运巷强动压、大变形等超前段支护问题,采用理论分析计算与现场实测相结合的研究方法,对上湾煤矿12403大采高工作面主运巷超前段锚索主动式支护技术开展研究。基于锚索主动式超前支护技术建立了大采高工作面主运巷支护力学模型,计算并校核了8.8m大采高条件下主运巷超前支承压力影响范围和锚杆(索)及围岩支护强度。同时开展了现场试验,结果表明,从距离工作面45m位置开始,锚杆和锚索受力开始缓慢增加,但增速较小,从距离工作面20m位置开始,锚杆和锚索受力以较大幅度增加,累计增加15~25kN后开始趋于稳定,平均影响范围42m左右,平均应力集中系数为1.4;在距工作面45m时开始出现围岩变形,但前期变形量较小,随着工作面不断推进,围岩变形量逐渐增大,在测站与煤壁距离小于30m时变形量增速较大,但围岩整体稳定且变形可控;钻孔窥视结果表明主运巷超前支护段围岩裂隙总体发育程度较低,围岩、煤层的整体性较好,锚索超前支护方式对顶板围岩起到很好的支护效果。

Abstract
Aiming at the strong dynamic pressure and large deformation in advance support section of the main haulage roadway of the 8. 8m large mining height working face, theoretical analysis and field measurement were used, to study the active advance support technology with anchor cable for the advance support section of the main haulage roadway of 12403 large mining height working face in Shangwan Coal Mine. The support mechanical model was established, to check the influence range of advance abutment pressure and the support strength of bolt (cable) and surrounding rock in the main haulage roadway under the condition of 8. 8 m large mining height. According to the mine pressure monitoring, from the position 45 m away from the working face, the stress of the bolt and cable begins to increase slowly, from 20 m away from the working face, the stress increases greatly, which tends to be stable after the cumulative increase of 15~25 kN, and the average influence range is about 42 m, and the average stress concentration factor is 1. 4. The deformation of surrounding rock starts to appear when the measuring point is within 45 m from the working face, but the early deformation was small; with continuous advancement of the working face, the deformation of the surrounding rock gradually increases, when the station is within 30 m from the coal wall, the deformation growth rate rises, but the surrounding rock is stable and the deformation is controllable. The statistical results of borehole peep show that, the overall development degree of surrounding rock cracks in the advance support section is low, and the integrity of surrounding rock and coal seam is good. The advance support method using anchor cable has a favorable support effect on the roof surrounding rock.
