包头市在开发和建设过程中,每年都会发现大量战争遗留的废旧炮弹,为彻底消除安全隐患,维护社会治安,需要对废旧炮弹及时妥善地处置。因此,依据安全系统工程的原理和方法,建立了废旧炮弹销毁安全评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法对指标权重赋值,构建风险评估模型,形成了废旧炮弹销毁的安全评价体系,用以指导包头市公安局今后的废旧炮弹销毁工作,防止意外事故发生。

In the process of development and construction in Baotou City, a large number of waste shells left over from the war are found every year. In order to completely eliminate potential safety hazards and maintain social order, it is necessary to properly dispose of the waste shells in time. Therefore, according to the principles and methods of safety system engineering, this paper establishes the safety evaluation index system for the destruction of waste shells, uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to assign the weight of the index, constructs a risk assessment model, and forms a safety evaluation system for the destruction of waste shells to guide the Baotou Public Security Bureau to destroy waste shells and prevent accidents in the future.
