摘要
针对新登煤矿22采区无煤柱开采的方式下存在22051采空区与邻近采空区大面积漏风问题,通过分析22051采空区漏风途径,提出了封堵22051副巷,将22031与22071机巷调整为均压通风的方式改善通风现状,对22051停采线气体进行束管监测分析,验证了漏风治理效果。束管监测结果显示:22051采空区停采线北部通过封堵已达到有效治理,停采线南部因机巷漏风造成氧气浓度回升,对切巷下口采空区侧20m、实体煤侧10m范围内的机巷实施了喷浆封闭巷道,进一步减少漏风。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of large-scale air leakage in the 22051 goaf and adjacent goaf under the mining way of non coal pillar mining in the 22th mining area of Xindeng Coal Mine, by analyzing the air leakage pathways in the 22051 goaf, it is proposed to block the 22051 auxiliary roadway, adjust the 22031 and 22071 machine lanes to uniform pressure ventilation to improve the ventilation situation, and conduct tube monitoring and analysis on the gas of the 22051 shutdown line to verify the effectiveness of air leakage control. The monitoring results of the bundle tube show that the northern part of the stop mining line in the 22051 goaf has been effectively treated through sealing, while the southern part of the stop mining line has experienced an increase in oxygen concentration due to air leakage in the machine roadway. Spray grouting has been implemented to seal the machine roadway within a range of 20 m on the goaf side and 10 m on the solid coal side below the cut roadway, further reducing air leakage.
