    以甘肃省环县沙井子中部煤矿为研究对象,分析了各可采煤层的煤岩及煤质特征,以及煤中有害元素的含量特征,系统地分析了区内主要可采煤层的工艺性能,对其工业利用方向进行了客观评价。研究结果表明,环县沙井子中部煤矿各可采煤层属长焰煤类型,各可采煤层宏观煤岩类型为暗至暗淡型煤,夹亮煤条带及少量的镜煤线理及丝炭细条或透镜体,具有特低~低水分、低灰~中灰、低中硫、低氯、地热稳定性等特点,可采煤层的各项指标符合发电用煤要求,满足4类气化工艺要求,适宜的利用方向有发电用煤、气化用煤、化工用煤及采暖、窑炉、民用燃料等。
  • Abstract
    Taking the Shajingzi Central Part Coal Mine in Huan County of Gansu Province as the research object, the coal rock and coal quality characteristics of each minable coal seam, as well as the content characteristics of harmful elements in coal, are analyzed. The process performance of the main minable coal seams in the area is systematically analyzed, and its industrial utilization direction is objectively evaluated. The research results indicate that each minable coal seam in Shajingzi Central Part Coal Mine in Huan County belongs to the long flame coal type, and the macroscopic coal rock type of each minable coal seam is dark to dull briquette, with clamp bright coal bands and a small amount of mirror coal lineation and silk charcoal thin strips or lens bodies. It has the characteristics of ultra low~low moisture, low ash~medium ash, low medium sulfur, low chlorine, geothermal stability, etc. The various indicators of minable coal seams meet the requirements of power generation coal and meet the requirements of four types of gasification processes, suitable utilization directions include coal for power generation, coal for gasification, coal for chemical industry, heating, kilns, and civilian fuels.
