编制地质环境保护与土地复垦方案,可推动矿山企业落实矿山地质环境治理与土地复垦工作,为科学、精准地指导矿山企业矿山环境治理及土地复垦工作的实施,需以二合一方案为基础编制工程设计。以某一井工煤矿矿山为例,以二合一方案为基础,结合矿山实际地质情况,对其进行工程设计,确定复垦工程主要思路和措施。设计的编制与研究,对建设和谐矿区,促进社会安定团结和稳定发展具有重要意义;同时为井工煤矿矿山生态环境与土地复垦设计编制提供一定指导作用。
