摘要
针对唐山矿选煤厂煤泥浮选系统加药点多、加药量小、加药精度低、场地空间不足等问题,设计了一种分布式浮选自动加药系统,实现对各加药点的药剂量的精准控制,大幅度降低了浮选操作工的劳动强度和药剂消耗,提升了浮选效率和产品的稳定性。

Abstract
In view of the problems of many dosing points, small dosing amount, low dosing accuracy and insufficient site space in the slime flotation system of Tangshan Coal Preparation Plant, a distributed flotation automatic dosing system was designed to realize the accurate control of the dosage of each dosing point, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of the flotation operator, reduced the consumption of the Flotation reagents, and improved the stability of the flotation process and products.
