摘要
本文构建一种新型FRET纳米探针,用于H2O2的检测。首先通过紫外可见分光光度计、透射电镜及纳米粒度仪证实多糖功能化金纳米粒子的成功构建。接着利用荧光光谱仪证实荧光剂3-(丹磺酰氨)甲氧基苯硼酸成功组装到金纳米粒子的表面,形成简单可靠的FRET纳米探针。最后,利用荧光光谱仪证实,该纳米探针对H2O2的有效检测。

Abstract
In this study,a novel FRET nanoprobe was developed for the detection of H2O2.Firstly,the success ful construction of polysaccharide functionalized gold nanoparticles was confirmed by UV-vis spectrophotome ter,transmission electron microscope and nanoparticle size analyzer.Then,the successful conjugation of 3 (dansyl ammonia) methoxyphenylboronic acid onto the surface of gold nanoparticles was confirmed through fluorescence spectroscopy,resulting in the development of straightforward and dependable FRET nanoprobes. Finally,the effective detection of H2O2 was confirmed through the utilization of a fluorescence spectrometer.
