Research on regional coal power demand measurement and temporal and spatial patternfrom the perspective of low-carbon transformation

首先从电煤资源消纳、煤电机组容量、煤电生产效能、保障电力供应四个方面构建了区域煤电需求度评价指标体系,基于CRITIC赋权法测度区域煤电需求度指数,并分析2015年和2019年中国省际煤电需求度的空间分布与变化趋势。结果表明:在2015—2019年,中国区域煤电需求度指数整体呈“西北”向“东南”梯度递减的格局转变至呈“东北”向“西南”梯度递减的格局,第二梯度区域煤电需求度有逐步上升趋势;北方煤电需求度高值区域主要集中在华北地区,未来这种趋势将进一步向煤炭资源区集中。
This article first constructs a regional coal power demand evaluation index system from four aspects: consumption of coal power resources, coal power unit capacity, coal power production efficiency, and the assurance of power supply. Based on the CRITIC weighting method, the regional coal power demand index is measured, and the spatial distribution and trend changes of inter-provincial coal power demand in China for the years 2015 and 2019 are analyzed. The results show that from 2015 to 2019, the overall regional coal power demand index in China changed from a gradient decrease from the " northwest" to the " southeast" to a gradient decrease from the " northeast" to the " southwest," with the coal power demand in the second gradient region showing a gradual upward trend. The high-value areas of coal power demand in the north are mainly concentrated in the North China region, and this trend will further concentrate in the coal resource areas in the future.
