摘要
锦界选煤厂原煤仓现阶段缓冲能力只有8h,为缓解缓冲能力不足导致井下和地面生产组织协调的矛盾,新增一座直径30m的4号原煤仓,原煤缓冲能力增加2.8万t。新增4号煤仓后,原煤仓可以保持高料位运行,降低了原煤入仓时的落差,可以有效降低块煤破损率,提高了块煤产率,初步估算每年可增加块煤54万t。原煤缓冲能力增加后,选煤厂可以组织生产对产品细分增加产洗小块产品,每年约增加100万t,进一步挖掘产品价值。同时,在3号原煤仓上增加分级设备后将-40mm末煤供应北元化工和神木化工,+40mm块煤返回至选煤厂洗选加工作为产品销售,经济效益显著。

Abstract
leads to the contradiction between underground and surface production organization coordination. After the addition of No. 4original coal bunker with the diameter of 30 m, the buffer capacity of raw coal is increased by 28 000 tons. Thus the originalcoal bunker can maintain high material level operation, reduce the drop of raw coal into the warehouse, and improve thelump coal production rate, which can increase 540 000 tons of lump coal every year. About 1 million tons will be added eachyear to further explore the value of products. At the same time, after adding classification equipment to No. 3 original coalbunker, - 40 mm final coal will be supplied to Beiyuan Chemical and Shenmu Chemical Industry, and + 40 mm lump coalwill be returned to the coal preparation plant for washing and processing as products for sale, with significant economic bene-fits.
