    针对日推采12~15m工作面沿空留巷工艺要求,在结合理论计算和实际工况的基础上研发了长达19m、控顶面积达38m2、挡矸面积达61m2的庞大组合体挡矸支架。针对该庞大支架的回撤难题,通过现场试验研究出一种边采煤边回撤的新方法,距离停采线35m时开始在综采支架前铺网护顶,距离停采线20m时开始在综采支架间打设锚索,距离停采线5m时拆除端头支架尾部的活动挡矸板并同步打设戗棚和木垛,当工作面推采至停采线时回撤端头T3和T4铺网支架,并同步将挡矸支架前移至停采线,然后将挡矸支架分前中后3段依次回撤。实践证明,该方法安全可靠,实现了采煤—回撤—留巷一体化,未对工作面采煤、回撤和留巷速度产生明显影响,满足陕北矿区和神东矿区高产高效工作面沿空留巷要求。
  • Abstract
    length of 19 m, roof control area of 38 m2 and gangue blocking area of 61 � was developed to meet the technical require-ments of 12 ~ 15 m working face. Aiming at the problem of withdrawal of this large support, a new method of withdrawalwhile mining was studied through field test. When the distance from the stopping line was 35 m, the net roof protection waslaid in front of the fully mechanized mining support. When the distance from the stopping line was 20 m, the anchor cablewas set up between the fully mechanized mining supports. When the distance from the stopping line was 5 m, the movablegangue blocking baffle at the tail of the end support was removed and the closure shed and wood crib were set up synchro-nously. When the working face was pushed to the stopping line, the end T3 and T4 mesh supports were withdrawn. At thesame time, the gangue support is moved forward to the stopping line, and then the gangue support is divided into three sec-tions, which are retracted in turn. Practice has proved that the method is safe and reliable, and realizes the integration of coalmining-retraction-retaining roadway. It has no obviousinfluence on the speed of working face mining, withdrawaland retaining roadway, and meets the requirements of gob-side entry retaining in high-yield and high-efficiency working face in northern Shaanxi and Shendong mining areas.
