    为了解决煤矿堵水用高分子材料渗透系数测试设备短缺的问题,分析研究渗透系数测试方法,采用理论计算、校核,选型设计出试件夹持器、受力架、液压缸、液压泵、压力传感器等主要机械机构部件。基于VB语言开发了测控系统,实现轴向载荷、围压、渗水压力、流量的闭环控制,实时自动采集参数,并计算及输出结果。以煤矿堵水用高分子材料为测试对象,对自然含水状态、干燥状态和水饱和状态的试样进行了测试验证。结果表明,研制的煤矿堵水用高分子材料渗透系数测试装置全面满足标准要求,运行稳定,噪声小,具有广阔的应用前景。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of shortage of testing equipment for permeability coefficient of polymermaterial used for water shutoff in coal mine, the permeability coefficient testing method was analyzed and studied.The main mechanical components such as specimen holder, stress frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump andpressure sensor were selected and designed by theoretical calculation and verification. The measurement and controlsystem based on VB language was developed to realize the closed loop control of axial load, confining pressure,seepage pressure and flow rate, real-time automatic data collection, calculation and output results. Taking thepolymer material used for water shutoff in coal mine as the test object, the samples of natural water state, dry stateand water saturation state were tested and verified. The results showed that the developed permeability testingequipment of polymer material for water shutoff in coal mine met the standard requirements, runs stably, had lownoise, and had broad application prospects.
