在焊接生产中经常需要使用一些工装器具来确保产品加工质量,矿用刮板机线缆安装支架,结构较复杂,焊接时易产生变形,互换性要求高,生产过程中存在一定的质量隐患。通过对矿用刮板机线缆安装支架结构和焊接变形的特点进行系统分析,提出了一种安全可靠、操作方便的矿用刮板机线缆槽安装支架集焊一体化旋转装置的设计方案,提高集配效率和精度,同时优化焊接参数、焊接顺序,从根本上预防和解决线缆安装支架焊接变形对线缆安装支架的互换性影响,进而提高整体产品质量,实现高产高效、安全生产。
In welding production, it is often necessary to use some fixtures and tools to ensure the quality ofproduct processing. The cable installation bracket for mining scraper machines has a complex structure and is proneto deformation during welding. The interchangeability requirement is high, and there are certain quality hazards inthe production process. Through a systematic analysis of the structure of the cable installation bracket for miningscraper machines and the characteristics of welding deformation, a safe and reliable method was proposed. Thedesign scheme of an integrated rotating device for the installation of cable trays, brackets, and welding of miningscraper machines with convenient operation improves the efficiency and accuracy of welding, while optimizingwelding parameters and sequence to fundamentally prevent and solve the impact of welding deformation on theinterchangeability of cable installation brackets. Furthermore, it can improve the overall product quality andachieve high production efficiency and safety.
