  • 摘要
    超高水材料是近年来发展起来的一种无机注浆充填材料,具有凝固时间短、早期强度高、流动性好等特点,超高水材料注浆充填可以将老巷内的空间全部充实,防止有害气体集聚及煤层自燃,同时充填体可与围岩共同承受工作面回采时的超前应力。为了保证回采期间过老巷的安全问题,防止有毒有害气体溢出,东庞矿西庞井提出超高水材料老巷注浆加固技术的研究和应用,通过对东庞矿西庞井在回采期间对老巷的注浆加固,确保了工作面在过老巷期间的正常回采,保证了矿井产量,并取得了良好的应用效果。
  • Abstract
    Super high water material is an inorganic grouting filling material developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of short solidification time, high early strength and good fluidity. Super high water material grouting filling can fully enrich the space in the old roadway, prevent harmful gas agglomeration and coal seam spontaneous combustion, and the filling body can bear the advanced stress of the working face with the surrounding rock. In order to ensure the safety of the old roadway during the mining period and prevent the overflow of toxic and harmful gases, the research and application of the grouting reinforcement technology of the old roadway with super high water material was put forward in Xipang mine of Dongpang mine. Through the grouting reinforcement of the old roadway during the mining period, the normal mining of the working face during the old roadway was ensured, the mine production was ensured, and the good application effect was obtained.
