摘要
阐述了细煤泥的特性,压滤煤泥短时间内集中混入煤炭产品,容易造成产品质量不均匀、局部水分高、灰分高、黏性大,入仓储存后容易出现粘结、卸料不畅等问题。介绍了一种用于压滤机下细颗粒的新型压滤煤泥缓卸系统,其核心设备由自破拱料仓和压滤煤泥连续给料装置两部分组成,可实现对压滤煤泥的储存及缓冲,并通过连续给料装置将瞬时量消减为平均量缓慢给出,避免因短时间集中输送煤泥带来的产品质量不均匀问题。

Abstract
This paper discusses the characteristics of fine coal slurry and the problems arising when dewatered slurry is rapidly mixed into coal products, such as uneven product quality, high localized moisture , ash content, and high viscosity, caking and poor discharge when stored. A new type of slow unloading system for filtrated fine particles under the filter press is introduced. The core equipment consists of a self-breaking arch silo and a continuous feeding device for filtrated coal slurry. The system is designed to store and buffer the dewatered slurry under the filter press, reducing the instantaneous output to an average slow release through the continuous feeding device, thus avoiding the problems of uneven product quality caused by the short-term concentrated transport of slurry.
