Optimization practice of coal slurry system in Yongjin Coal Preparation Plant

永锦选煤厂因煤泥水分高,并受环保、季节等因素影响,导致煤泥销售价格较低。为此,选煤厂对尾煤泥脱水工艺与设备进行优化,采用超高压隔膜压滤机替代原有快开式压滤机,并将原有刮板机运输设备改为胶带机运输,同时配套适合滤饼破碎的锤式破碎机。技术改造后,压滤煤泥水分由原来的28%左右降为16%以下;滤饼破碎后产品外观质地均匀,物料松散,实现了均质化掺配原煤或中煤销售,满足了客户需求,解决了生产经营难题。
Yongjin Coal Processing Plaht has low sales price due to high moisture of coal slurry and the influence of environmental protection and seasonal factors. In order to optimize the tailing slurry dewatering process and equjpment, the plant adopts ultra-high-pressure diaphragm filter press to replace the original fast-opening filter press, and replaces the original scraper transport equipment with belt conveyor, and at the same time matches with hammer crusher suitable for crushing of filter cake. After the technological transformation, the moisture of filtered coal slurry is reduced from about 28% to below 16%; the appearance of the product after cake crushing is even and loose, which can meet the sales of homogenized blended raw coal or medium coal; and it realizes no slurry, meets the customer's demand, and solves the problems of production and operation.
