Reform and application of single-drive sizing crusher in Hongliulin Coal Mine

针对红柳林煤矿2PLF80/300单驱顺槽破碎机在检修时存在破碎机移出和复位耗费时间长、需要大量人力成本、存在一定的安全隐患等问题,结合现场实际情况,通过分析问题,提出对该破碎机的优化升级改造方案。生产实践表明:优化升级后的破碎机实现了“一键行走”,破碎机运行平稳可靠,整机性能达到最优状态,经济效益得到了显著提高。
The 2PLF80/ 300 single-drive chute crusher in Hongliulin coal mine takes a long time to remove and reset the crusher during maintenance, requires a lot of manpower costs, and also poses certain safety hazards during the overhaul. In order to solve this problem, a specific and feasible optimisation and upgrading plan was proposed, which finally realised the “one-button walking” of the crusher. The optimised and upgraded crusher operates smoothly and reliably, and the performance of the whole machine reaches the optimum state, and the economic benefits have been significantly improved.
