    某煤化工项目废水处理站的回用水以及零排放处理站的回用水作为循环水场冷却塔补水时,因夏季温度过高,而影响循环水系统的运行;作为脱盐水站的原水补水时,导致脱盐水反渗透清洗频繁、混床出水品质下降、树脂再生周期缩短、自用水率升高等问题。经分析与研究,提出部分回用水可作为气化等生产装置用水,其他回用水可经过分类提优、梯次回用至冷却循环塔补水以及生产水补水。经分析与研究,提出部分回用水可作为气化等生产装置生产用水直接使用,其他回用水可经过分类提优、梯次回用至冷却循环塔补水以及生产水补水的工作思路,可实现水资源合理化再利用。

  • Abstract

    This paper describes the reuse water of wastewater treatment reuse water treatment station and zero discharge treatment station in a coal chemical project. As the cooling tower of circulating water field, the temperature is too high in summer, which affects the operation of circulating water system. As the raw water of desalination station, the desalination water reverse osmosis cleaning is frequent, the quality of mixed bed water is decreased, the resin regeneration cycle is shortened, and the water rate is increased. Through analysis and research, it is proposed that part of the reuse water can be used as the production water of gasification and other production devices, and the other reuse water can be used through classification and optimization, ladder reuse to the cooling tower and production water. The results show that the proposed reuse engineering scheme of coal chemical reuse water can realize the rational utilization of water resources.
