摘要
针对陕西黄陵一号煤矿“两进一回”通风方式下,采空区漏风通道复杂及煤自燃防治困难等问题,通过数值模拟结合现场实测,分析通风量对漏风规律、氧浓度分布的影响,提出110工法沿空留巷采空区漏风控制与煤自燃分区防控技术。研究结果表明,“两进一回”通风方式下,采空区内漏风影响范围随着辅运顺槽风量增加而增大,辅运顺槽侧采空区内氧气浓度大于进风顺槽侧;进风顺槽风量增大也会产生类似的现象,但较辅运顺槽风量改变时不明显。现场观测结果表明:1009工作面进风顺槽氧浓度测点在125m处降至18%,当深入到273m处氧气浓度降至8%,辅运顺槽测点在300m处氧气浓度降至18%,与模拟结果基本吻合。结合现场实际提出集“隔离、堵漏、惰化、阻化、应急”为一体的采空区防灭火工艺,研究结果对采空区漏风及煤自燃灾害防治具有重要意义。

Abstract
In response to the complex air leakage channels and difficulties in preventing coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province under the "two in and one return" ventilation method, numerical simulation combined with on-site measurement was conducted to analyze the influence of ventilation volume on the air leakage law and oxygen concentration distribution. A 110 construction method was proposed to control air leakage in the goaf along the goaf and prevent coal spontaneous combustion in different zones. The research results indicate that under the "two in and one return" ventilation mode, the range of air leakage in the goaf increases with the increase of auxiliary transportation channel air volume, and the oxygen concentration in the goaf on the auxiliary transportation channel side is greater than that on the inlet channel side; an increase in the air volume of the inlet duct will also produce a similar phenomenon, but it is not significant compared to the change in the air volume of the auxiliary transport duct. The on-site observation results show that the oxygen concentration measurement point in the inlet channel of the 1009 working face decreased to 18% at 125 m, and the oxygen concentration decreased to 8% at 273 m. The oxygen concentration at the auxiliary transportation channel measurement point decreased to 18% at 300 m, which is basically consistent with the simulation results. Based on the actual situation on site, a goaf fire prevention and extinguishing process integrating "isolation, plugging, inerting, blocking, and emergency" is proposed. The research results are of great significance for the prevention and control of goaf air leakage and coal spontaneous combustion disasters.
