    以209家制造企业为样本,文中运用模糊集定性比较(fsQCA)方法,基于TOE框架从组态视角探讨了技术(绿色技术创新)、组织(董事会特征包括董事会规模、董事会独立性和董事会性别多元化)以及环境(环境规制和市场化程度)维度的6个前因条件与制造企业碳绩效之间的关系。研究表明:单个因素均不是构成制造企业高碳绩效的必要条件;产生制造企业高碳绩效的路径有3条,即全要素驱动型、组织+环境协同型、独立治理+市场支持型。研究结果丰富了制造企业碳绩效相关研究,可以为制造企业提高碳绩效提供启示。

  • Abstract

    Based on the TOE framework, with 209 manufacturing enterprises as samples, the paper a- dopts the fsQCA method to explore the relationship between six antecedents of technology( green tech- nological innovation) , organization( board characteristics including board size, board independence and board gender diversity) , and environment( environmental regulation and marketization degree) dimen- sions and carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises from a configuration perspective. The re- search shows that firstly, any single factor is not a necessary condition of high carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises; secondly, there are three paths to generate high carbon performance of man- ufacturing enterprises, namely, comprehensive factor-driven, organizational + environmental synergistic, independent governance + market-supported. The results of this research enrich the related research of carbon performance of manufacturing enterprises, and provide insights for manufacturing enterprises to improve carbon performance.
