    为研究温度对煤燃烧特性的影响,采用锥形量热仪在不同热辐射强度(35、40、45、kW/m2)下对朱集东煤矿气煤进行燃烧测试。结果表明:煤样热释放速率峰值随热辐射强度增加而增大,热辐射强度50kW/m2时煤样热释放速率峰值为81.54kW/m2,较35、40和45kW/m2时分别增加15.96%、10.41%和1.53%;煤样总热释放量变化顺序为45kW/m2组>50kW/m2组>kW/m2组>35kW/m2组,即随热辐射强度增加先增大后减小。随着热辐射强度由35kW/m2增加至50kW/m2,煤样质量损失速率峰值与总质量损失量均呈上升趋势,分别增加了38.15%和13.75%。在燃烧后期,45kW/m2组的CO释放量峰值最小,为0.36kg/kg,相较于35、40和kW/m2组分别降低了0.33、0.27和0.04kg/kg。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the influence of different temperatures on the combustion characteristics of coal, a cone calorimeter was used to test the combustion of gas coal in Zhujidong Coal Mine under different thermal radiation intensities (35, 40, 45, kW/m2). The results show that the peak heat release rate of coal sample increases with the increase of thermal radiation intensity, which is 81. 54 kW/ m2 at kW/ m2, which is 15. 96%, 10. 41% and 1. 53% higher than that at kW/ m2, kW/ m2 and kW/ m2, respectively. The order of total heat release of coal samples is kW/ m2 sample>50 kW/ m2 sample>40 kW/ m2 sample>35 kW/ m2 sample, that is, it increases first and then decreases with the increase of thermal radiation intensity. With the increase of thermal radiation intensity from kW/ m2 to kW/ m2, the peak mass loss rate and total mass loss of coal samples increase by 38. 15% and 13. 75%, respectively. In the later stage of combustion, the CO release amount at kW/ m2 is the smallest, which is 0. 36 kg/ kg, which is 0. 33, 0. 27 and 0. 04 kg/ kg lower than that at 35, 40 and kW/ m2, respectively.
