    采区永久避难硐室各系统配备多级防护的全套功能,硐室内部安装了供氧系统、压缩空气系统、空气清洁净化系统、温度和湿度控制系统、监控系统、电力系统、通信系统等各种生命维持系统,以及担架、照明设备、应急救援灯、急救包、食物、饮水、工具箱和指示牌等辅助设施。按照规定,在无外界帮助的条件下,避难硐室内至少要有96h的保护时间。基于此,针对李家壕煤矿5-1南主辅大巷6联巷永久避难硐室存在的热害问题,提出了三种制冷方式,基于受限空间中的制冷技术的特性,通过对比三种制冷方式,采用相变材料作为制冷设备,开展相变制冷技术研究,介绍一种简单、可靠、经济、免维护的无源制冷技术。

  • Abstract

    The permanent refuge chamber in the mining area is equipped with a complete set functions of multi-level protection for each system. The chamber is equipped with various life support systems such as oxygen supply system, compressed air system, air cleaning and purification system, temperature and humidity control system, monitoring system, power system, communication system and others, as well as auxiliary facilities such as stretchers, lighting equipment, emergency rescue lights, first aid kits, food, drinking water, toolbox, signs and so on. According to regulations, there must be at least 96 hours of protection time inside the refuge chamber without the condition of external assistance. Based on this, aiming at the existing thermal hazard problem in the permanent refuge chamber of the 5-1 south main and auxiliary main roadway 6 connecting roadway in Lijiahao Coal Mine, three refrigeration methods are proposed. Based on the characteristics of refrigeration technology in confined spaces, by comparing three refrigeration methods, phase change materials are used as refrigeration equipment to conduct research on phase change refrigeration technology. A simple, reliable, economical, and maintenance free passive refrigeration technology is introduced.
