摘要
为了客观地评价动态乳化器的安全风险,采用HAZOP和LOPA方法对动态乳化器进行风险评价,首先采用HAZOP方法分析因冷却水断流、水相或油相原料温度过高、轴承损坏导致定子和转子之间摩擦等9个危险因素引起动态乳化器发生爆炸的事故场景;然后对爆炸事故场景进行LOPA方法分析,结合风险矩阵判断出动态乳化器的风险等级。结果表明,在独立保护层的作用下,该动态乳化器发生爆炸的安全风险处于受控状态。

Abstract
In order to objectively evaluate the safety risk of dynamic emulsifier, HAZOP and LOPA are used. Firstly, HAZOP is used to analyze reasons that cause the explosion of dynamic emulsifier, such as cooling water cut-off, high temperature of water phase or oil phase raw material, and friction between stator and rotor caused by bearing damage. etc. Then, LOPA is used to analyze the explosion accident scene, and the risk level of dynamic emulsifier is judged by risk matrix. The results show that under the action of an independent protective layer, the safety risk of explosion of the dynamic emulsifier is under control.
