摘要
采用浸渍法、沉淀-煅烧法和光沉积法,分别制备了PtClx、PtOx和Pt0改性的二氧化钛纳米管(TNTs)材料,并将其应用于甲胺的光催化降解。研究结果表明,0.5%PtClx/TNTs催化剂的甲胺光催化降解性能最佳,光催化效率可达95%,连续运行6h后仍保持92%以上的降解率。通过进行XRD、TEM、BET、XPS、UV-VisDRS、PL和ESR表征,探究了不同化学态Pt对TNTs在光催化降解甲胺反应中性能的影响。当Pt以PtOx和Pt0的形式负载在TNTs上时,虽然样品的光吸收和载流子分离性能得到了增强,但对甲胺在催化剂表面的吸附过程产生了不利影响,从而阻碍了甲胺的光催化氧化过程。只有当Pt以PtClx的形式负载在TNTs上时,才能构建新的Pt(III)-Pt(IV)电子转移通道,从而显著提高甲胺的光催化降解性能。

Abstract
In this study, PtCl, PtO and Pt modified titanium dioxide nanotubes (TNTs) materialswere prepared by impregnation, precipitation-calcination and photodeposition methods, and were ap⁃plied to the photocatalytic degradation of methylamine. The results showed that the 0.5% PtCl / TNTscatalysts exhibited the best performance in the photocatalytic degradation of methylamine, with a photo⁃catalytic efficiency of up to 95%, which remained over 92% after 6 h continuous operation. The effectsof different chemical states of Pt on the performance of TNTs in the photocatalytic degradation of meth⁃ylamine were investigated using XRD, TEM, BET, XPS, UV-Vis DRS, PL and ESR tests. When thePt elements were loaded in the form of PtO and Pt, the adsorption process of methylamine on the sur⁃face of the catalysts was affected, although the light absorption and carrier separation properties of thesamples were enhanced. This scenario was unfavorable for the photocatalytic oxidation process of meth⁃ylamine. Only when the platinum element was loaded on the TNTs in the form of PtCl to construct anew Pt(III)-Pt(IV) electron transfer channel, the photocatalytic degradation performance of methyla⁃mine was significantly promoted.
