摘要
在总结新安煤田水文地质条件的基础上，以孟津煤矿11030、11040工作面区域治理为例，分析了开展水害地面超前区域治理技术的必要性，讨论了区域治理设计中的关键技术参数以及实施的可行性，为其他矿区相似条件下开展水害地面超前区域治理技术提供了有益的借鉴经验。

Abstract
On the basis of summarizing the hydrogeological conditions of Xin 'an coal field, taking the regional control of No.11030 and 11040 Faces in Mengjin Coal Mine as an example, this paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out the ground advanced regional control technology of water disaster, discussed the key technical parameters in the design of regional control and the feasibility of implementation, and provided useful reference experience for carrying out the ground advanced regional control technology of water disaster under similar conditions in other mining areas.
