研究我国煤炭行业42家上市公司的企业画像及路径选择,并深入分析2023年度煤炭上市公司的表现、成因及未来发展路径。综合利用描述性统计和大数据文本分析两种企业画像工具,以煤炭上市公司2023年年报为数据源,提炼了企业在地域分布、生产经营、资本运营、市场维护4方面的特征,并给出企业年报的关键词分析和情绪导向。据此,绘制了42家企业的能力画像。通过构建企业画像,揭示煤炭行业发展的总体特征与未来趋势,提出转型升级的策略建议,以期为政府和企业提供有价值的参考。

This paper investigates the corporate portrait and path selection of 42 listed coal companies in China, conducting a thorough analysis of their performance,underlying causes,and future development trajectories in 2023. Leveraging both descriptive statistics and big data text analysis as corporate portrait tools,the paper utilizes the 2023 annual reports of coal listed companies as the data source to extract features related to the companies’ geographical distribution,production and operation,capital operation, and market maintenance. Additionally,it presents keyword analysis and sentiment orientation from the annual reports. Based on this information,a capability portrait of the 42 companies is constructed. By constructing these corporate portraits,the paper uncovers the overall characteristics and future trends of the coal industry’s development,proposes strategic suggestions for transformation and upgrading,and provides valuable reference for both governments and enterprises.
