唐山矿托煤顶巷道支护参数设计与优化

    为研究深部托煤顶巷道围岩变形特征,以唐山矿0293工作面为背景,基于普氏拱理论分析了巷道围岩顶板及两帮的破坏深度,根据工作面赋存条件,采用FLAC3D软件模拟架棚和锚杆两种支护方式并进行对比,得到最佳的支护形式为“锚杆+锚索”。设定7种不同参数的锚杆支护方案,进一步进行模拟比较得到最优方案。研究结果表明:理论上0293工作面巷道顶板破坏深度在3.03m,巷道两帮破坏深度在2.81m;唐山矿托煤顶巷道围岩的煤体较软,具有较大的变形量,锚杆(索)对于巷道围岩变形的控制明显优于架棚支护。确定最优的托煤顶巷道支护方案为:顶锚杆间排距700mm×700mm,顶锚索间排距1400mm×1400mm,3根锚索,帮锚杆700mm×700mm,帮锚索4500mm,每排2根时,对巷道围岩变形的控制效果最好。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the deepcoal roof supporting coal,taking the 0293 working face of Tangshan Mine as the background,the failure depthof the roof of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the two gangs is analyzed based on the Platts arch theory,and according to the occurrence conditions of the working face,the FLAC3D software is used to simulate thetwo support methods of scaffolding and anchoring and compared,and the best support form is obtained as " anchor + anchor cable".Seven bolt support schemes with different parameters are set,and the optimal scheme isobtained by further simulation and comparison.The results show that,theoretically,the failure depth of the roofof the roadway of the 0293 working face is 3.03m,and the failure depth of the two sides of the roadway is 2.81m;the coal body of the surrounding rock of the roadway of the coal roof of Tangshan Mine is soft,and the control of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is obviously better than that of the shed support;the optimal roadway support scheme of the coal roof is determined to be as follows:the distance between the topanchors is 700 mm×700 mm,the distance between the top anchor cables is 1400 mm×1400 mm,3 anchor ca bles,and the anchor rods are 700 mm×700 mm,4500 mm with anchor cable,2 in each row,the control effect ofthe deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is the best.
