    针对薄煤层沿空巷道变形破坏严重,采掘接续紧张且遗留较多煤柱导致资源损失的难题,以山东能源西北矿业永明煤矿1515工作面地质条件为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测的方法,对沿空留巷巷旁充填体及关键支护参数进行优化。研究结果表明:原有支护下薄煤层沿空留巷矿压显现剧烈,帮部网兜现象明显,锚杆索普遍失效,提出“切顶卸压+锚网索+单体补强”联合支护方案,优化顶帮锚索参数,对切顶后的悬臂梁重点支护后,薄煤层沿空留巷变形严重问题得到明显改善,沿空巷道实现了稳定支护。

  • Abstract

     In view of the serious deformation and damage of gob-side entry in thin coal seams, the tight mining and excavation succession, and the problem of resource loss caused by a large number of remaining coal pillars, the geological conditions of No. 1515 Face of Shandong Energy Northwest Mining Yongming Coal Mine was taken as the research background, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site measurement methods were adopted to optimize the filling body and key support parameters along the empty lane. The research results showed that the mine pressure behavior was intense under the original support of gob-side entry retaining in thin coal seams. The phenomenon of mesh pocket at the sidewall was obvious. Anchor bolts and cables generally failed. The serious deformation problem of goaf retaining roadway of thin coal seam was significantly improved after the optimization of the roof anchor cable parameters and the key support of the cantilever beam after cutting the top, and the support optimization scheme had good reference significance for the stability control of the same type of retaining roadway.
