当今世界地缘冲突频发,气候问题凸显,加快能源转型和保障能源安全是我国能源发展的首要任务。鉴于我国“多煤、少油、缺气”的能源资源禀赋,以及对以煤炭为主体的化石能源的较高依赖度,推行以光伏和风能发电为主的新能源产业和以现代煤化工产业为突破口的煤炭清洁高效转化及其多能耦合对我国能源领域绿色低碳发展和如期实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。在分析我国煤化工产业发展现状、特点以及面临的“双碳”减排问题基础上,从绿氢替代降碳的源头和过程两个方面分析了现代煤化工主要产业链与新能源绿氢、绿电耦合潜力。计算结果表明,煤制甲醇、油、烯烃、乙二醇产业链绿氢可替代量占总氢气需求量的55%,而煤制天然气绿氢替代占比高达70%,且敏感性分析显示不同煤化工产业链的绿氢、绿电替代碳减排量敏感性不同。结合现有煤化工产业政策导向和绿色低碳替代技术发展趋势,以新疆某煤化工园区具体产业链及其产能为例进行绿氢绿电替代计算,结果显示经20%绿氢替代和50%绿电替代后煤化工园区碳排放量降低约1/3。

Abstract
The acceleration of the energy transition and energy security are driven by current geopolitical conflicts,and climate and environmental challenges. Given China's energy resource endowment characterized by “abundance in coal,scarcity in oil,and deficiency in gas”,along with a high dependency on fossil fuels with coal as the mainstay,it is great significance for the green and low-carbon development of China′s energy sector and the timely achievement of the “dual carbon” goals that to promote the new energy industry primarily focused on photovoltaic and wind power generation and the modern coal chemistry industry as a breakthrough ofthe coal clean and efficient conversion,and the multi-energy coupling of these two industries.On the basis of analyzing the current development status,characteristics,and “dual carbon” emission reduction issues faced by China′s coal chemical industry,we analyzed the coupling potential of modern coal chemical industry chains with new energy green hydrogen and green electricity through carbon reduction through green hydrogen substitution at the source,and carbon emission reduction through green electricity substitution in the process.The calculation results indicate that the green hydrogen substitutable volume in the coal-to-methanol,oil,olefins,and ethylene glycol industrial chains accounts for 55% of the total hydrogen demand,while the proportion of green hydrogen substitution for coal-to-natural gas is as high as 70%. Moreover,sensitivity analysis reveals that the carbon emission reduction volumes due to green hydrogen and green electricity substitution vary among different coal chemical industry chains. Based on the current policy orientation of the coal chemical industry and the development trend of green and low-carbon substitution technologies,taking a specific industrial chain and production capacity of a coal chemical park in Xinjiang as an example,green hydrogen and green electricity substitution calculations were conducted.The results showed that after 20% green hydrogen substitution and 50% green electricity substitution,the carbon emissions of the coal chemical park were reduced by about one-third.
