    在明确国内外综采集成供液系统智能监测诊断技术现状的基础上,重点从泵站多参量动态在线监测、乳化液浓度在线监测、过滤系统纳污量监控和视频监控等方面,对实现综采集成供液系统智能监测诊断关键技术、主要技术难点进行了分析和讨论,同时指出未来基于综采集成供液系统的智能监测诊断系统将以大数据基础层、故障特征信息存储层和故障智能专家诊断决策层为整体框架,实现对综采集成供液系统智能化、无人化管理。
  • Abstract
    Based on the understanding of the applcation of the itelicert mornioring and diagnosis technology on the domestic and foreign fully-mechanized integrated pressure pumping system,the key techmnologies and the major technicald ficuties of the iteli ent montoring and dlagnosis system were analyzed and discussedon the aspects of mutipeparameters dynanic monioring of unmp station,emuision concentration monitoring contamination level monitoring of fitration system and inteligent video montoring and so on.n order to achive the iteligent and unmanned management of th full - mechanized inegrated prssure pumping system,the future itlient monitoring and diagnosis system should include threelevels which were the basic level including large feature data the mioode level forcelelcting and sorig fault features and the decision-making level for diagnosing the accurate faults.
