高瓦斯矿井零超限瓦斯防治体系的研究与实践

    为了遏制瓦斯超限频发的现象,通过理论研究和工程实践,分析了王坡煤矿瓦斯超限的致灾因素和煤矿在瓦斯超限治理方面尚存在的问题;提出了适合高瓦斯矿井特点的"三区三阶段"采掘规划部署和"一超前三结合"的立体化瓦斯抽采体系;研制了矿井通风智能决策与控制系统;构建了瓦斯超限预警指标体系,开发了瓦斯超限治理综合预警管理平台;形成了"以抽采为核心,以通风为基础,以超限预警为手段,以风险预控管理为支撑"的"一核心三配套"瓦斯治理体系。该体系应用以后,矿井瓦斯超限治理取得明显成效,矿井瓦斯抽采量和抽采率显著提高,瓦斯超限次数大幅下降,2014、2015年连续实现瓦斯零超限治理目标。
  • Abstract
    in order to cortain the phenomenon that gas overlimit frequently occured with the theortcal study and engineering practices the paper analyzed the disaster-causing factors of the gas overinmit and the problems existed in the gas overit control of Wangpe Mine. The paer provided the " thee blocis and thee stages" mining and excavatio planmning and arangement suitable to the features of the high gassy mine and the " one advance and three combination' three dimensional gas drainage system A mine venilaon iteligent decision and control sytem were researched and developed.Ahearly warming index system of the gas overlimit as establisted an a comprehensive cary warning management platfom of the gas overimit control was developed." with the gas drainage as a core,the ventilaton as a base.the gas overinit ariy wamning as a means and the risk pre-control management as a support . he gas control system with " one core and hree matches" as formedAfer the system puting into use,obvious achievements were obtained in the mine gas overlimit conrol.the mine gas drainage volume and drainage rate were obviousl improved.,gas overlinit numbers were highly reduced and a zero gas overlit control target was realized in the year of 2014 and 2015 continuously
