    为了提高煤炭资源采出率,根据煤层的赋存条件和开采状况,在多个不规则工作面采用边采边安装支架和刮板输送机、边采边撤出支架和刮板输送机的开采技术,并采用端头巷道放煤技术,对各作业环节的工序进行优化,有效解决了井下由于地质构造因素造成煤炭不能开采的难题,使原有呆滞煤炭储量得以有效开采。工作面不规则布置和配套工艺的开采技术在保证安全的前提下,有效提高了煤炭资源的采出率,创造了显著的社会效益和经济效益,而且也为综放工作面不规则开采积累了宝贵的经验。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the mining rate of the coal resources, in the mining process of the irregular coal mining face,a mining technology with the powered su pports and scraper conveyor installed while mining and with the powered supports and scraper conveyor disassembled and removed while mining and the coal caving t echnology at the face end gateway were applied to optimize the each operation link process, effectively solve the hard difficult coal mining problem caused by the geolo gical structure factors and could effectively mine the dead coal reserves. on the premise to ensure the safety, the mining technology with the irregular layout of the coal mining face and the matched technique could effectively improve the mining rate of the coal resources, could create the obvious social benefit and economic benefit and could accumulate the valuable experiences to the irregular mining of the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face.
