摘要
针对矿用输送带接头伸长故障检测准确性差的问题,提出了基于条件Y差分算法的矿用输送带接头伸长量计算及故障检测方法。利用采集得到的矿用输送带X光图像,采用该方法计算出每个钢丝绳芯搭接空档的伸长量,并对山西晋城煤业集团王台矿某条钢丝绳芯输送带进行检测试验。结果表明,每个钢丝绳芯搭接空控伸长量的计算结合接头整体伸长量的计算,实现了对接头伸长故障的综合检测和判断,可用于矿用输送带的安全防护及接头伸长故障的准确定位。
